About us

Maggie Black, Psy.D Licensed Psychologist/OWNER

Maggie Black, Psy.D

Dr. Maggie Black is a licensed psychologist whose passion is helping adults age 30 and up improve the quality of their lives. She uses cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness strategies to help people improve their relationships and decrease reactivity to stress, and uses interventions that help clients regulate their nervous system, leading to less anxiety and more peace in day-to-day life.

One specialty area is older adults and the people who love them. Dr. Black conducts cognitive testing to assess for memory problems, but it doesn’t stop there. She works with family and caregivers to educate and assist in helping those diagnosed with a dementia syndrome achieve the best quality of life possible.
