As our bodies age, exercise can help our muscles stay in shape. Our brains also age, anc exercising this vital organ is critical for successful aging and brain health. Join Beth Parker-O’Brien, LCSW-C, MPH and Maggie Black, PsyD of Shore Neurocognitive Health for an innovative two-part program focusing on maintaining, improving and sharpening brain health. The class will be held at Brookletts Place – Talbot Senior Center in Easton MD on May 17th and 24th from 1-3 pm. Participants must attend both sessions.
